Made by craftsmen with more than 30 years of experience, each piece is hand-cast on the turntable and finished with glaze. Turning on the turntable forms the base, after which the detailed leaves are sculpted by hand. Creating such detailed elements takes 5-10 minutes per flower, and modelling a full vase takes 1 to 2 hours. An artisan worker can produce 5-6 vases daily. After sculpting, the vase undergoes a careful drying and glazing process in the kiln, contributing to the unique beauty and luxurious look of this handmade work of art.
