Wholegrain roll
with cinnamon yoghurt and fig jam
PREPARATION
1. Cut the figs into pieces, place them in a pan, add lemon juice and jam sugar and bring to the boil. Let it boil for 5 minutes.
2. Put the jam in a glass bowl and let it cool for about 1 hour.
3. Mix the cinnamon into the yoghurt.
4. Cut the wholegrain rolls in half. Spread generously with the yoghurt and spoon the cooled fig jam on top.
5. Decorate the plate with fresh fig pieces for extra effect.

100 g fresh figs
1 tsp lemon juice
100 g jam sugar
100 ml semi-skimmed yoghurt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 wholegrain rolls
