Fresh shrimp & cucumber tapas

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber  
  • small shrimps  
  • 4 tbsp full-cream yogurt
  • 1 lime  
  • fresh parsley and dill
  • if preferred 1 clove of garlic
  • paprika
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

 

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Peel the cucumber and cut into thick slices. Wash and peel the shrimp and grill in the oven for about 20 minutes.

For the yogurt dressing, mix the yogurt with the juice of the lime, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, chopped parsley and dill and if you like, a garlic clove, chopped or crushed. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Spoon 1 teaspoon dressing on each piece of cucumber, then place the grilled shrimp on it and garnish with paprika powder and some finely chopped herbs.
