  • Is it possible that a product differs in size or colour?

    The majority of our products are handmade. Little irregularities emphasize the authenticity of each product. Colour deviations or other differences are therefore not unusual. Knots in wooden tabletops or mouth-blown glasses with slight differences in size make each piece unique. That’s what we call “Perfectly Imperfect”. 

  • Does Rivièra Maison sell gift cards?

    You can purchase a gift card at the checkout in all stores. Gift cards purchased in store can be used in any Rivièra Maison store (not online). We also offer an online gift card. The online gift card can only be used online, on the Rivièra Maison web store. Gift cards do not expire.

  • Can I get interior design advice (at home)?

    The staff in any of our shops will be pleased to give you styling advice and interior design tips. Ideally, take along drawings of your home, so that the stylist can gain a good idea of the space. Rivièra Maison also has an interior design architect who responds to styling questions by e-mail and who can come to your home to provide more detailed advice. Click here for more information.

  • If I order an item of furniture in the shop, can I give the payment to the driver who delivers it?

    Yes, you can pay the balance of the sum to the driver by pin. The driver does not accept cash and unfortunately it is not possible to pay by credit card, gift cards or other discount vouchers. Of course, you can also pay the balance shortly before the agreed date of delivery in the shop, where we accept cash, credit cards, gift cards and discount vouchers.

  • How long is the guarantee period on my Rivièra Maison products?

    For furniture, the guarantee period is three years. All other products are guaranteed for a term of one year. Discounted accessories and show models are not guaranteed and cannot be exchanged.

  • Where can I take a complaint or question concerning a product or service?

    You can discuss questions or complaints concerning Rivièra Maison products or services with the staff in the shop, or you can e-mail them to contact_us@riviera-maison.com. The customer service department at Rivièra Maison will contact you within three working days.

  • Can my order be delivered to my home address?

    Online orders are always delivered to the home address, unless you enter a different delivery address.

    Furniture that is ordered in the shop is always delivered to your home address by our furniture transport service.

  • Where can I submit questions about the status of my order (in the shop and/or online)?

    If you have placed your order with the shop, you can contact the shop where you made the order. For questions concerning an online order, you can contact our customer service department via contact_us@riviera-maison.com or +31 (0)20 - 723 21 99 (Mon-Fri 8:30-18, Sat 10-17, CET).
