Delivery

  • What is the delivery time for an online order?

    Accessories – Orders received before 20.00 hours on working days are sent the same day, provided that your order consists entirely of products held in stock. If your order partly consists of products held in stock and partly of out of stock with a long delivery time, then the products held in stock will be sent first. The external delivery service will send you an e-mail the day before they intend to deliver your order. You can also track your order by means of a Track & Trace number.

    Furniture – If the furniture you have ordered is in stock, our furniture delivery service will contact you by telephone within five working days to arrange delivery.

  • Is all Rivièra Maison furniture assembled when they are delivered?

    Because of transport volume, some Rivièra Maison furniture items are delivered in flat-pack form. Items delivered within the Netherlands are always assembled by the delivery service. The item will of course be placed exactly where you want it to be. The packaging materials will also be taken away immediately. N.B.! For international deliveries, items will be delivered to your front door and the furniture will not be assembled.

  • Can an online order be packed as a gift?

    No, unfortunately that is not yet possible. The products are packed as well as possible for transport, to prevent damage.

  • Can my online order be delivered to my home?

    Online orders are always delivered to the home address, unless you enter a different delivery address. Furniture that is ordered in the shop is always delivered to the home address.

  • Can I collect an online order from a Rivièra Maison shop?

    No, it is not yet possible to collect an online order from the shop.
