Accessories Returns

Online returns
Accessories purchased in our online webshop, can be returned within fourteen days. The return shipping costs are to be paid by you, provided the accessories are delivered undamaged. Accessories purchased in one of our RM Stores, can be returned within eight days. You must take the receipt with you (outlet and sale items excluded). 

 

Return steps

1. Sign up
Sign up via My Account or use Guest Return Form if you do not have an account.

2. Register your return online
When you are logged in, select your previously made orders and you will see the possibility to return your products via 'return shipment'. Select the items you wish to return and the number of items. 

3. Return number
As soon as the return items are submitted, you will receive a return number in your email. You can also find this number in My Account.
Make a note of this number or print the return email and add it to your package to be returned. 
Note: when you do not add the return number, your return cannot be proccessed. 

4. Post Office
With the form you received in your package, you can return you items at a post office. 

5. Return receipt
As soon as your package has been received by our Returns deparment, refunds are carried out within fourteen days of receipt of your return shipment.

 


Furniture Returns

Online returns
Furniture and small furniture can be returned within fourteen days (outlet and sale items excluded). The return shipping costs are to be paid by you, provided the accessories are delivered undamaged.

 

Return steps

2. Register your return online
When you are logged in, select your previously made orders and you will see the possibility to return your products via 'return shipment'. Select the items you wish to return and the number of items. 

3. Contact our Customer Service
Keep your return number at hand and contact our Customer Service. They will get back to you with further instructions.

4. Return receipt
As soon as your package has been received by our Returns deparment, refunds are carried out within fourteen days of receipt of your return shipment.


5. Return costs
The return shipping costs are to be paid by you and will differ per country.


The return shipping costs will be settled with the final refund.

Return in RM Store
It is not possible to return furniture and small furniture, purchased in our online webshop, in RM Stores.

 


Return Period

Accessories that you have purchased from a Rivièra Maison Store can be returned to any of our Rivièra Maison Stores within eight days. Please note: you must bring your purchase receipt.

Furniture purchased from a Riviéra Maison Store can be returned within 30 days. The return shipping costs of €60 will be incurred on your account, all of this provided that the furniture is returned undamaged.

You can also return online purchases through our web store within fourteen days of reception. 

 


Return Status

You can check the status of your return in 'My Account' in the 'My Returns' section. Here you will find an overview of your returns, including their status.

 


Deilvery of Damaged or Wrong Items

If an item in your order has been damaged, you will have 48 hours after you have received it to report it to our Customer Service.

You can report this using your online order number and a photo of the damaged item(s) to our Customer Service department via contact_us@riviera-maison.nl.  

After receiving your email, our Customer Service colleagues will get back to you with further instructions.

If the item has been correctly delivered, the return shipping costs will not be reimbursed. If you are returning an item that has been damaged or incorrectly delivered, the shipping costs will be reimbursed.

You will have 14 days to return a product that does not meet your expectations. 

 


Items form an Online Order

Items from an online order cannot be exchanged for another item. You must return the item according to the return instructions and place a new order. The purchase amount of the returned order will be credited.

 


Returning purchases at the RM Store

For exchanging or returning items bought at a Rivièra Maison Store, we recommend taking the item back to any Rivièra Maison Store with your receipt. Purchases made in one of our Stores cannot be registered as online returns.

Does an item you bought at one of our RM Stores appear to be damaged by the time you get it home? Inform the point of sale as soon as possible by contacting the relevant Rivièra Maison Store.

 


Returning items from RM Dealer

For exchanging or returning items bought at a Rivièra Maison dealer, we recommend taking the item back to the point of sale with your receipt.
