What is the delivery time?

.Accessories

Orders received before 20.00 hours on working days are sent the same day, provided that your order consists entirely of products held in stock. If your order partly consists of products held in stock and partly of out of stock with a long delivery time, then the package will only be sent when all products are in stock. It is therefore possible that you have to wait for your package when 1 or more items are not in stock.

The external delivery service will send you an e-mail the day before they intend to deliver your order. You can also track your order by means of a Track & Trace number.

Furniture

If the furniture you have ordered is in stock, our furniture delivery service will contact you by telephone within ten working days to arrange delivery. 

If the furniture you have ordered is not in stock, then the delivery service will contact you by telephone wihtin ten working days to arrange delivery as soon as your item arrived in our distribution centre.

 


What is the furniture delivery service?

Because of transport volume, some Rivièra Maison furniture items are delivered in flat-pack form. The furniture pieces will be delivered to your front door and the furniture will not be assembled.

 


Can I change my delivery address and date?

Choose your delivery address when placing your order. After you have placed your order you will not be able to modify it. Our delivery agent will contact you regarding furniture delivery. You will be able to indicate a preferred delivery date.


Can I have my online order wrapped as a gift?

Unfortunately online orders cannot be packaged as gifts. Delivered products are packaged as securely as possible to ensure they are not damaged.
