Order status

By email

Once your order has been place, you will receive email confirmation. In this order confirmation you will find an order number and an overview of your orders.

When your order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive an email including a track & trace code.


In 'My Account'

Log onto the website using your Rivièra Maison.

Choose 'My Order' from the menu

Look for the order you want to check. You will find the order status when you click on the relevant order. You can see the details of the order by clicking 'View Order'.


Status meaning

Processing: your order has been received and paid for, we are putting it together in our warehouse.

Complete: your order is ready and has left the warehouse.

Cancel Order


You cannot cancel your online order once you have completed your order. The end of the order process starts the delivery process for your order. Once you have received your order, you can return it via a PostNL Pakketpunt. The return shipping costs are to be paid by you, provided the contents are undamaged.

Change Order


Unfortunately you cannot change your order once it has been placed. You therefore cannot add any other products or cancel.

Minimal Order Amount


There is not minimum order amount, but we do charge shipping costs for orders under a certain amount. You can find more information about shipping costs here

Ordering from the United Kingdom


From 1 January 2021, there will be no longer free shipment of goods to the United Kingdom. As before, we will continue shipping to the United Kingdom. However, there have been some changes in the customs  formalities since January 1, 2021. At the moment we are arranging the necessary paperwork, so we can deliver your order easily and quickly to you! If you have placed an order that needs to be shipped to the United Kingdom, we would kindly ask you to be patient.

We do our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible.
